1-D Motion Lab

Purpose:
The purpose was to create a graph that represents the time and distance traveled of a Ti-Robot, to create a particle model to describe the object’s motion, and to understand the relationship between position vs. time, velocity, and acceleration.

Ti-84 Calculator
Dry Erase Board
Marker
Graph Paper

Conclusion:
The purpose was to create a graph that represents the time and distance traveled of a Ti-Robot, to create a particle model to describe the object’s motion, and to understand the relationship between position vs. time, velocity, and acceleration. There were not any suprising results in our experement. The reason for any error in our lab would be becuse of the graphs being slightly off or a small missjudgement in the distance that the robot traveled.
